This is a pretty simple recipe for vegetables made in the oven. You can prepare it fast and within 30 minutes it’s ready. You can use different type of vegetables such as zucchini and aubergines. It’s a perfect add-on for a good Curry or you can use this Thai sauce to add a special taste.
- 2 Paprika
- 1 Onion
- 2 rods of leek
- 2 rods of spring onions
- 500g Champignon
- 2 spoon olive oil
- herb mixture ‘Herbes de Provence’ (Rosemary, Thym and Savory))
Here we go
Peel the onions, prepare the mushrooms, paprika, leek and spring onions. Cut everything roughly into not to small pieces. Cut the onions into strips.
Arrange all ingredients on a baking tray.
Sprinkle with olive oil and add the herbs. Don’t forget the salt.
Heat up the oven to 200° (heat from top and bottom) and put the vegetables in.
After 30 minutes it’s ready.
