Salad with salmon

Sometimes you do not have much time to cook, like me currently. Than it’s nice to prepare a quick dish that is deliciuous. This one takes about 15 minutes and is also simple.

Typically I add 4-5 olives but today I forgot to buy them. You can use any kind of fish, just one small piece is enough. I get the fish from Antonio and you can find him here:


  • 1 piece fish filet (here its salmon)
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 lemmon
  • Capers
  • Chili
  • 4-5 olives
  • White wine

Here we go

Prepare the salad with your preferred dressing. I usually use olive oil and balsamic. The salmon:

The other ingredients. As mentioned above the olives are missing today and they should be included.

Just a bit white wine and a BBQ seasoning. This one comes from Boston and it’s being used in the Legals seafood restaurants. Friends of us are importing food and there I can get it, unfortunately only in this huge package.

Season the fish vigorously.

Cut the tomatoes into halfs. Chop capers and olives. Cut chili and garlic in small slices.

Sauté the salmon from both sides for 2 minutes each side. Add the other ingredients after turning. When done on both sides, add some white wine and add some splashes of lemon. Leave for about 2 minutes.

Add some sauce to the salad, done.
