Smoked pork, Kasseler Austrian style

This recipe is the only one I know that doesn’t need any additional spices or herbs, not even salt. It’s always working if you follow the instructions, it’s simple and perfect for cold winter days. Stuffed pork filet with gnocchi and cauliflower

This is a fairly elaborate recipe from a book, but you’re rewarded for the effort, it’s fantastic. Of course you can also save a filling, but the first time you could try both of them.
