Thai sauce
Profile#
This sauce is perfect for any kind of curry. Just add a bit on top of a curry, but caution: it’s hot. You can also enjoy it with oven-vegetables. It’s easy to prepare and you will always succeed preparing it.
Ingredients#
- Coriander
- Ginger
- 2-5 Chili, as much as you like
- 2-3 Garlic cloves
- 2 Spoons fish sauce
- 2 Spoons soy sauce
- 2 Spoons sweet and sour sauce

The ingredients:
Peel the ginger and the garlic. Wash the coriander and the chili.
Cut ginger, garlic and chilli in small pieces.
We have to chop everything pretty fine. You can use a knife or a machine as I do this for this sauce. First add the garlic, ginger and chili.
WWhen they are chopped pretty fine add the coriander.
Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Add 2 spoons of each soy sauce, fish sauce and sweet-sour sauce and mix properly. Don’t add to much liquid, perhaps it’s better to start with 1 spoon of each first and add more of each on demand. Done. Keep the sauce in a fridge for at least 4 hours or prepare it the day before. You can also keep it in a fridge for up to a week.
